Joe Cocker - What's going on (Steve Lukather solo cover) - Suhr custom standard & Cornford MK50

Matej Moravek www.myspace.com Steve Lukather's solo from „What's going on" (Marvin Gaye) Joe Cocker's „Heart & Soul" album. One of my favorite solos. Fantastic Luke's sound is incomparable... It's played on Suhr custom standard 2001 with Fletcher-Landau pickups through Cornford MK50 and Cornford 2x12 cabinet with V30 speakers. No overdrive stompboxes are used. There is a bit of analog delay from Eventide Timefactor. Amp setting is in the picture at the end of the video. Miced by Shure SM57 and Sennheiser BF 512. 2.4.2012 links: www.myspace.com www.facebook.com twitter.com www.redl.cz http www.facebook.com www.bandzone.cz

709 - Mainstreet - Bob Seger - acoustic cover

"Mainstreet" is the title of a song written and recorded by Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band. The eponymous street is that of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Seger's childhood home. It was released in April 1977 as the fourth single from the album Night Moves The song peaked at #24 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and has since become a staple of classic rock radio. The song also reached number-one in Canada. It is in the key of D major, though some may consider it D Mixolydian. - Wikipedia
